By accessing survelix.co or using the Survelix platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Survelix provides governance intelligence software to CQC-registered care providers in England. Survelix is a product of Custoris Ltd. Platform access is provided under a subscription agreement confirmed at onboarding.
Acceptable use
You may use the platform only for lawful purposes within your organisation. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse any part of the platform.
Data and confidentiality
We treat all data you upload or input into Survelix as confidential. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Compliance
Survelix is a governance intelligence tool. It supports your compliance efforts but does not guarantee a specific CQC inspection outcome. Registered managers retain professional responsibility for their service's compliance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Custoris Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or this website.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
