What this model does
Inputs
- Staff managed — headcount whose records are evidenced.
- Hours per evidence cycle — time currently spent assembling evidence for one cycle.
- Hourly cost — fully loaded cost of the person doing that work.
- Cycles per year — how often that assembly happens.
Calculation
- Assembly with Survelix is modelled at 15 minutes per cycle, so hours affected per cycle = hours entered − 0.25.
- Annual hours affected = that figure × cycles per year.
- Cost impact = annual hours × hourly cost × (headcount ÷ 100).
- Net figure subtracts Professional tier at £625 per month.
Open point
- The headcount ÷ 100 term is under review. It is only self-consistent if the hours figure is read as time per 100 staff rather than total time. Treat the output as directional until that is settled.

What's included in each tier?
Essential includes CVE, basic GIE, EAL (5 exports/month), care notes, and rota builder. Professional adds unlimited exports, advanced GIE, DataBridge ETL, and API access. Enterprise adds custom integrations, dedicated account manager, SLA support, and on-premise deployment.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-contract?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next contract renewal.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Eligible providers can start a 14-day free trial after completing a demo. No credit card required.
Do you offer discounts for annual prepayment?
Yes. Annual prepayment saves 10% against the monthly rate, with no other changes to your plan.
What happens if I go over my export limit?
On Essential, you'll be notified when approaching your 5-export limit. Additional exports can be purchased individually or you can upgrade to Professional for unlimited exports.
Can I integrate Survelix with my existing care management system?
DataBridge ETL (included in Professional and Enterprise) connects to Nightingale, ProCare, and CareLog. CSV import is available on all tiers. Contact us if your system isn't listed. We are continuously expanding connector support.
What's your data retention policy?
Data is retained for the duration of your contract plus 12 months. On termination, you can request a full data export in standard format. All data is held in UK-based cloud infrastructure.
What are your SLAs?
Professional and Essential tiers target 99.5% uptime with next-business-day support response. Enterprise tiers include custom SLA agreements with defined response and resolution times.
Do you offer on-premise deployment?
On-premise deployment is available on Enterprise tier only. Contact us to discuss infrastructure requirements and timelines.

Who is Survelix Business for?
Survelix Business is designed for UK SMEs with operational and regulatory obligations, including professional services, childcare, hospitality, and multi-site operators who need to centralise their governance without enterprise-scale cost.
How is Survelix Business priced?
A flat monthly fee based on the size of your team: £20 per month for 1 to 3 staff, £50 per month for under 10 staff, and custom pricing above 10 staff. There is no per-employee rate.
What is included in the Custoris Academy allocation?
The under 10 staff tier includes one Custoris Academy seat for mandatory or CPD training modules. Above 10 staff allows a custom seat allocation. Additional seats can be added to any tier at published rates.
Can Survelix Business connect to my existing tools?
API access is available above 10 staff. CSV export is available on all tiers. We are building integrations with common UK business software. Contact us if you have a specific integration requirement.
What regulations does the Obligation Tracker cover?
Out of the box, Survelix Business tracks obligations under GDPR, UK employment law, Health and Safety regulations, and sector-specific requirements. Custom obligation categories can be added above 10 staff.
What is the minimum contract length?
None on the published tiers. Both the 1 to 3 staff and under 10 staff tiers are monthly rolling, so you can cancel at the end of any month. Terms above 10 staff are agreed as part of that quote. Annual prepayment saves 10%.
